This magnificent frosted glass light fixture is a rare French Art Deco chandelier attributed to the famed Parisian maison Hettier et Vincent. Set within a nickel-plated bronze or brass frame, the grand chandelier features clear frosted molded-glass shades with intricate floral designs of the distinctly Art Deco geometric style. A domed bowl at the center is surrounded by eight side panels shaped to resemble large flower petals curving gently upwards towards the ceiling. Eight bell-form side shades extend past the main body on thin plated arms, each molded with matching floral designs and wired with candelabra sockets.

From the collection of Frances and Gary Comer.

Fixture is wired with ten sockets and in working condition. Petal shades are signed "Hettier & Vincent."
