Painted Black Lacquer Tray

This rectangular wooden tray is finished with black lacquer and decorated with a hand-painted design of flower blossoms and peacock feathers. Painted in a palette of yellow, red, green and blue, the loosely brushed decoration adds bright color and folk charm to the otherwise simple tray.
