Dated to the late 19th century, this silver charm ring was believed to protect the wearer from bad luck and malevolent spirits. The ring is decorated in low relief with a bat with outstretched wings holding a ripe fruit. A common motif in Chinese art, bats are a visual metaphor for the word "blessings" and are good omens thought to bring about happiness and prosperity. Three thin chains hang down from the ring, each bearing small decorative metalwork with tassel-like ends.

Ring band is adjustable. All jewelry sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
