It is easy to imagine someone, long ago, walking to market on a summer's day with this beautiful woven basket tucked under their arm. Hand-woven of willow and twine, the basket has a rectangular form woven around a wooden rim and held by an arched bentwood handle. A wooden divider splits the basket into six small compartments, perhaps intended to keep herbs and produce separate while shopping.

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
