This early 20th century lattice window panel likely originated in a northern Chinese home with neutral and balanced interiors. The geometric lattice pattern is linear and open, and was designed to allow light and air into a room while maintaining privacy.

Assembled by carefully joining long strips of carved wood, this lattice window has an even, squared pattern that reveals a large diamond formation. Crafted of pine wood, the panel has a fantastic raw texture and still bears traces of the original painted finish. For added dimension, we’ve backed the lattice panel with mirror glass for use as an unexpected wall mirror.

What They're Saying

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
