Tiger Stripe Meditation Stone

A well-chosen stone is a focal point of the traditional Chinese scholar's studio - evoking the complexities of nature and inspiring creative thought. Sourced from China's Shandong province, this scholars' rock is comprised of a conglomerate material known as bamboo leaf stone. Contrasted by a field of dark orange, sheets of dense stone stretch across the surface like a canopy of long bamboo leaves. We've set this gorgeous polished stone on a custom steel mount for display as a tabletop sculpture.
