This petite porcelain jar dates to the early 20th century and may have been used as an offering dish upon a home altar, placed alongside spiritual icons, incense, and food. The jar's rounded sides are cloaked in a brilliant persimmon-orange glaze and brushed with elegant floral motifs in gilt pigments.
