This vintage mercury glass candle stand has a classic design, featuring a fluted base and a single dish sized for a taper candle. Appreciated for its resemblance to silverware, mercury glass is created by sealing a liquid solution of silver nitrate and grape sugar between the layers of double-blown glass. A reproduction of this time-honored technique, this glass candle stand adds wonderful iridescence and mottled texture to contemporary table settings.

Elizabeth Krueger | Elizabeth Krueger Design

“PAGODA RED was extremely supportive in helping to pull accessory options together for the Lake Forest Showhouse. After providing them with details and our vision on how we were looking to finish our space, Laurene helped curate options that made it easy for us to edit and finalize. It's also no surprise that the unique pieces we used in our showhouse space were some of the first to sell.”
