Cloud Bottleneck Vase

Drawing on a long Chinese tradition of monochrome ceramics, this striking long-necked vase is glazed in serene, cloud-inspired white with celadon undertones. Sculpted by artisans in China's Zhejiang province, the large vase reinterprets a traditional gooseneck shape known as a "celestial ball vase" with clean lines and an understated sculptural presence. The striking white glaze nods to the Song dynasty (960­–1279) when tastes shifted to monochrome glazes in single, statement-making colors.
