This early 19th-century bench would have originally resided in the courtyard of a Qing-dynasty home to provide much-needed outdoor seating on hot summer days. The bench is designed in a classic Ming style, with a floating panel top, waisted apron, and square legs linked by simple stretchers. Crafted with pine, this bench has a warm brown finish and a beautifully aged patina. With minimal decor, apart from its square scroll feet, this bench boasts a timeless design that works seamlessly into any interior.
